At the end of this session, participants will be able:
- Describe key factors contributing to burnout and resilience as they affect residents and physicians. (Resilience is NOT the opposite of burnout.)
- Identify potential solutions to burnout at the individual, organizational and systemic levels
- Describe an approach to program development for resident well-being
